Smart Sale (https://chat.aisale.asia/) values user privacy and complies with the Meta Platform Terms and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In accordance with Meta Platform policies, users have the right to request the deletion of any personal data associated with their interaction with our application.

1. How to Delete Your Data via Facebook Settings (?????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Facebook)

If you have interacted with a Facebook Page connected to Smart Sale or logged in with Facebook, you can remove our access and request data deletion directly through your Facebook account settings:

1. Log in to your Facebook account and go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
2. In the left menu, select Apps and Websites (???????????????????????? ?????????????????????????????????).
3. Find Smart Sale in the active list of applications.
4. Click the Remove (??????????????????) button.
5. Check the box to request Facebook to delete all your activity history with Smart Sale, then click Done.

2. How to Request Direct Data Deletion from Smart Sale (?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????)

You can also request immediate manual deletion of all your stored data (including Page profile, subscriber IDs, and conversation histories) from our databases by contacting our Data Protection Officer:

• By Email: Send an email to admin@aisale.asia with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
• Required Information: Please provide your Facebook User ID, Page ID, or the name associated with your account so we can locate and permanently delete your records.
• Processing Time: All data deletion requests are reviewed and processed within 48 hours. Upon completion, a confirmation code and status report will be sent to your email.

3. Types of Data Deleted (?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????)

Upon receiving a data deletion request, the following information will be permanently purged from our active and backup databases:

• Facebook PSID (Page-Scoped User ID) and Messenger conversation interaction history.
• Comment reply logs, timestamps, and engagement records.
• Page tokens and authentication credentials.
• Any profile metadata received through the Meta Graph API.
